Doom Room - Smell of

Fortunately I was early informed about the new arrival in Athens. Nefeli Skarmea and Sergio Matis arrived in Athens 2 weeks ago full of zest. They started teaching dance and yoga in this place, while searching and evolving on (a) Doom Room performance. 

Director: Sergio Matis. Performers: Sergio Matis, Nefeli Skarmea.  

The first performance of Doom Room was given months ago in Berlin. In a relevant place, a small studio .... So not the same as another. Different audience, environment, different cultures, experience .... A very different audience. Unfortunatelly the follow-on site for those able to attend. However, the ironic and scoptic approach to dance and dancers was extremely intelligent, causing even the public itself to react. There was a tension of interactivity in terms of authors. Further comments and pictures after the formal presentation by the artists. Here are some "secrets". (shots of my camera)
